Pizza after badminton or dinner after tennis: Costa Verde is part of the TBS Wünschig sports and leisure centre at Inninger Straße 100. The complex also has squash courts and minigolf, while the restaurant serves Italian food.
Two dining areas and a terrace
The smaller dining area has 35 seats and a bar; the larger accommodates 70 guests. Costa Verde offers the larger space for weddings and birthday celebrations. There is also a large terrace for outdoor dining when the weather allows.
Inside, tables with white tablecloths stand alongside long upholstered benches. A tall padded partition separates another group of tables.
Salmon with pizza or penne
The Costa Verde pizza combines salmon, courgette and cherry tomatoes with tomato sauce and mozzarella. The same three ingredients accompany the house penne. Pizzas measure around 33 centimetres; Quattro Formaggi brings together mozzarella, Gorgonzola, Brie and Parmesan.
Starters include vitello tonnato with tuna and anchovy sauce and capers, or a mixed antipasti platter featuring Parma ham, melon, grilled vegetables and other starters. Homemade bread rolls accompany starters and salads. A daily changing specials board adds seasonal dishes to the regular menu.
Split lunch and dinner hours
From Tuesday to Saturday, Costa Verde opens from 11:30am to 2pm and again from 5pm to 11pm. On Sundays it stays open from 11:30am to 11pm. Tables can be reserved by telephone, and the restaurant also offers delivery.
