The website is technically managed by webRichtung GmbH and delivered through bunny.net, operated by BunnyWay d.o.o., Dunajska cesta 165, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. Website files are stored in Germany with a copy in Sweden.
When you visit, the delivery infrastructure processes your IP address and technical request data, such as the requested URL and headers sent by your browser. This is necessary to deliver pages to your device and keep the service secure. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a secure and accessible website. Individual access logging is disabled for this CDN zone.
Calculator, filters and cookies
The dough calculator and search filters run in your browser. Calculator inputs stay local. Search terms and selected filters may appear in the page URL and therefore be included in the audience measurement described below. Fonts and images are served locally. The website uses no analytics or advertising cookies.
Audience measurement without cookies
We use Web Analytics by webRichtung GmbH to understand which content people read and which provider links they use. It records page URLs and titles, access times, referring websites, campaign information, browser family, device type and country where available. It also records link and contact clicks and technical errors. Calculator inputs are not recorded.
The analytics service processes the IP address during transmission. For counting, it derives hashed identifiers from a truncated IP address and the browser family, specific to this website. Visitor identifiers change daily and session identifiers every 30 minutes. Event records do not contain the full IP address. No cookies or identifiers are stored in browser storage. The browser’s Do Not Track setting does not disable this measurement.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to measure our audience and improve our content and website. Retention depends on how long the data is needed for audience comparisons and error analysis. Identifier rotation is not a deletion period for event records. Your right to object is described below.
When you contact us
If you email or call us, we process your contact details and message to handle your enquiry. Depending on its purpose, this is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual matters, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other correspondence. We delete the information once the matter is resolved, unless legal retention obligations or legitimate grounds require us to retain it.
