Hollandaise, jalapeños and four cheeses
Diamant Spezial brings chicken breast, broccoli, jalapeños and cherry tomatoes together with hollandaise on a base of tomato sauce and cheese. The pizza called 4 Jahreszeiten has mozzarella, Gorgonzola, feta and Gouda: at Diamant, this particular name refers to a four-cheese topping. Spinat adds spinach, feta, cherry tomatoes and fresh garlic to the pizza selection.
Döner in a wrap or on a plate
The Dürüm Käse wraps döner meat, feta, salad and sauce in flatbread. For an explicitly chicken-based dish, Chicken Dönerteller Brot comes with chicken, red and white cabbage, iceberg lettuce, cucumber, tomato and onion, accompanied by flatbread and sauce.
Falafel portions and spaghetti
