L’Osteria at Bremen’s Weserpark occupies a detached building designed specifically for the restaurant, on the shopping centre’s outdoor grounds. The Hans-Bredow-Straße branch extends over two floors and a total of 715 square metres. Weserpark lists 197 seats inside and another 160 on the terrace.
A terrace and a glass-roofed conservatory
Olive trees, a water feature and a herb garden shape the outdoor area. The conservatory has a glass roof, while the main dining room adjoins an open kitchen. After shopping, head outside the centre to reach this separate restaurant building.
The branch opens for lunch from Monday to Saturday and from noon on Sundays. Its published restaurant hours run until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. Tables can be reserved through the branch website, and dishes are also available to take away.
A high ceiling and a long bar
Pizza and pasta are served in a tall dining room with exposed dark roof beams. Stools line the long bar, while tall chairs surround a narrow high table. For regular table seating, there are smaller round tables and orange upholstered benches. Pendant lights hang above the counter and tables.
The restaurant joined Weserpark’s dining options in 2021, in a new building modelled on an old locomotive shed. The Ash steakhouse also opened on the grounds that year, adding another restaurant outside the shopping arcades alongside L’Osteria.
