LA PIZZERIA München
L’Osteria München Elisabethstrasse
Pizzeria in München
Restaurant history is part of the setting at Elisabethstraße 52. This was formerly Romagna Antica, a restaurant that helped inspire Helmut Dietl's film Rossini. L’Osteria has occupied the address in Schwabing-West since 2016, serving large pizzas and pasta.

Salsiccia Piccante is one of the pizzas on the menu. The restaurant opens at 11:30am Monday to Saturday and at noon on Sundays, with Friday and Saturday service continuing until midnight.
Dippold Innenarchitektur worked with designer Luis Mock on the conversion of the former Romagna Antica, developing a new L’Osteria look for Elisabethstraße. The opening plans in 2016 provided for 130 seats inside and around 100 outside.

The operator's opening announcement describes the former Romagna Antica as a meeting place for people in film and publishing. L’Osteria opened here on 31 March 2016. Today, the large pizza is explicitly offered as a portion that two people can share.
When the restaurant opened in 2016, the open pizza kitchen stood slightly above the bar. Diners could watch the pizza makers at work from much of the dining room. Dogs are welcome, with a dedicated water station mentioned by the branch. Pizza, pasta and desserts can also be ordered to take away. For a meal at the restaurant, its Elisabethstraße page provides the direct table-booking route.
