L’Osteria is one of the restaurants in Perlach Plaza, at Thomas-Dehler-Straße 15. Nearby Hanns-Seidel-Platz gained a public green space in 2025, with a children’s playground, benches and a drinking fountain for a break outdoors.
Lighting made from aluminium chains
The branch describes pizzas measuring about 45 centimetres, with the option of different toppings on each half. This restaurant became Munich’s tenth L’Osteria in autumn 2022. At the opening, the company listed 187 seats inside and 142 outdoors, combining a substantial dining room with open-air seating.
Large cylindrical lights hang above the seating groups. Their shades consist of anodised aluminium chains, with bulbs suspended at different heights inside them. Peters Design created the lights using Kriskadecor material. Dippold Innenarchitektur designed the restaurant interior.
Getting to Perlach Plaza
Neuperlach-Zentrum station, served by the U5 underground line, is beside the shopping quarter. Drivers enter the underground car park at Von-Knoeringen-Straße 19, a different navigation address from the restaurant itself. The Plaza operator also lists bicycle parking.
L’Osteria opens at 11:30am from Monday to Saturday and at noon on Sundays. The dedicated branch page links to table reservations and ordering for collection from Thomas-Dehler-Straße. The restaurant stays open until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. From Sunday through Thursday, the closing time is 11pm.
