LA PIZZERIA Osnabrück
L’Osteria Osnabrück Neumarkt
Pizzeria in Osnabrück
L’Osteria’s Neumarkt terrace sits directly beside the Hase, with olive trees and oleanders forming part of its summer setting. The restaurant opened in the Hasehaus in 2014, combining a central location with outdoor tables alongside the river.
The Hasehaus setting
The building was designed in collaboration with Dutch practice MAS architectuur. Natural stone faces the surrounding streets, while other views reveal changing glass surfaces and a planted façade. A seven-storey section called the Haseturm and the lower Hasewall give the building its two-part form.
Inside the restaurant, families have access to high chairs, a baby-changing facility and a drawing table. Smaller pasta portions are available for children, and water is provided for dogs. The approximately 45-centimetre pizza can be ordered with different toppings on its two halves.
Reaching the Hasehaus by bus
The M2 bus connects Neumarkt directly with the main railway station. For the return journey to the station, it leaves from stop B. The stops are spread across Neumarkt, Johannisstraße and Kollegienwall. After your meal, take the M1 towards Haste from stop D1; buses in the opposite direction, towards Düstrup, leave from C2. The stop letters help you find the right departure point within this interchange.
All dishes are available to take away. This branch opens at 11am on Thursdays and stays open until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
