Pizza Station has been baking in Buckau since February 2022, at Schönebecker Straße 77, near the Pawlow-Poliklinik and the Aral petrol station. A charcoal-fired stone oven is the centrepiece of this pizzeria. Alongside pizza, the kitchen serves oven-baked dishes, salads and baguettes.
Compact pizzas with distinct toppings
Most pizzas come in two sizes, 20 or 26 centimetres. Napoletana pairs garlic with anchovies, while Quattro Formaggi combines Edam, mozzarella, Gorgonzola and Parmesan. The Chicken pizza has chicken breast strips, fresh peppers and Schmand, a cultured cream, alongside tomato sauce and cheese.
Dill with salmon, four cheeses with rigatoni
Pasta choices include Tagliatelle Lachs with salmon in a dill cream sauce. Rigatoni Quattro Formaggi uses the same four cheeses as its pizza counterpart, with cream sauce. Rigatoni Vegetaria brings together fresh mushrooms, fresh peppers and broccoli in cream sauce.
House-made dough and outdoor tables
Pizza Station makes its own dough and sauces. There is an outdoor seating area as well as the restaurant itself. Takeaway collection is available if you would prefer to eat elsewhere, and the restaurant also runs a delivery service for meals at home. Orders can also be placed online.
An early-evening destination
In September 2026, opening hours are 5–9 pm on Monday and Wednesday through Sunday, with Tuesday as the weekly closing day. Table reservations can be made on 0391 55721617. Payment options at the restaurant include cash, credit and debit cards, and Apple Pay.
