Pasta to share and filled shapes
Pasta Mista is designed for two people, bringing together three pasta shapes with different sauces. The Lupo specialities also include fiorelli filled with Parma ham and served in sage butter. White tortelloni have a spinach and quark filling with cheese sauce.
The Schlemmer pizza combines minced meat, broccoli, leek and mushrooms. Salmone pairs salmon with cream sauce, spinach and broccoli. For a larger order, a 50-centimetre Margherita is offered as a family pizza. Rump steaks and pork dishes extend the choice beyond pizza and pasta.
Two collection windows
Lupo publishes the same collection times every day except Tuesday: 11:30am to 2pm and 5pm to 10pm. There is therefore a substantial break between lunchtime and evening service. If you want to take food away, those two windows determine when collection is available. Tuesday is closed for collection.
A neighbourhood meeting place
An open Babbeltreff gathering organised by SPD Mainz-Oberstadt was announced at Lupo for 18 December 2025. Members and other interested visitors were invited to meet and talk. Eating was possible without being a condition of attending. Lupo was among the Oberstadt venues selected in rotation for these gatherings.
