Manu on Detmolder Straße 196 is part of a hotel, but its restaurant also explicitly welcomes people from the surrounding area. It has a separate entrance for diners. The pizzeria sits within a restaurant serving Italian, German, Turkish and Indian dishes.
Tuna and pineapple, or pasta with salmon
The house pizza, Manu, pairs tuna with pineapple. Napolentana combines anchovies, olives, capers and garlic. Vegetaria has spinach, broccoli, artichokes and onions, while one of the folded calzones comes with minced meat and spinach. The Mexicana pizza combines minced meat with onions, bell peppers, kidney beans and hot chillies.
Among the pasta dishes, Tagliatelle Memoria combines prawns, salmon, chillies, tomato sauce and garlic. Tris Italia brings together three pasta shapes with different sauces. The baked Tris Italia al Forno adds ham, mushrooms, meat sauce, cream sauce and cheese.
Restaurant and bar in one building
The hotel also has a bar with subdued lighting and background music. Manu lists draught pilsner, cocktails and whiskey among its drinks. The bar also serves small snacks alongside its drinks.
Lunch, evening meals and delivery
From Monday to Saturday, the pizzeria opens from 11am to 2.30pm and again from 5pm to 11pm. On Sundays and public holidays it stays open from 11am to 11pm without the afternoon break. Manu also delivers throughout Paderborn; orders can be placed by telephone or through its own ordering website.
