Two chicken and Hollandaise combinations
Pizza Domi pairs chicken, broccoli, sweetcorn, red onions and garlic with Hollandaise sauce. Luki combines chicken with red onions, jalapeños and olives, then adds rocket, Parmesan and tomatoes on top. Hollandaise also forms part of that pizza.
For pasta, Tortellini alla Panna has a beef filling and is served with ham, mushrooms and cream sauce. Smaller additions include pizza rolls filled with chicken and Hollandaise, or pizza swirls with tuna and cheese. The swirls come in a portion of eight.
Ordering in northern Hamm
The named delivery areas include Bockum-Hövel, Herringen and Heessen. The ordering shop lists identical service windows for delivery and collection. Its published Saturday closing time is 10:45 pm, compared with 9:45 pm on the other days. Saturday therefore allows a later order within that schedule. Service starts at noon on weekdays and at 1 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
The history of the name
