LA PIZZERIA München
60 seconds to napoli München Schwabing
Pizzeria in München
A vaulted cellar for private gatherings distinguishes 60 seconds to napoli at Hohenzollernstraße 11. The Schwabing restaurant combines Neapolitan pizza and wine with several seating areas. Alongside an ordinary restaurant visit, it offers the possibility of a celebration in a room for your own group.
The oven behind the name
An Izzo Duo oven stands at the centre of the kitchen. The operator's introduction to this location describes pizza baked at 485 degrees Celsius for about a minute, following 72 hours of dough fermentation.
On the Schwabing ordering menu, Don Diablo combines chorizo Iberico, Fior di Latte and chilli honey with tomato sauce and smoked paprika. Marinara uses tomato, garlic and oregano. The burrata starter comes with bruschetta tomatoes, red onion, basil, garlic and bread. Best of Bruschetta adds spicy nduja mayonnaise, Parma ham and basil pesto. Cheese Roll brings together provolone and Styrian mountain cheese, served with truffle mayonnaise.
Outdoor tables and a private cellar
The operator gives the outdoor area a capacity of around 100 guests. The vaulted cellar holds up to 40 people and can be hired exclusively for private celebrations or company events.
The dedicated Schwabing page links to table reservations and collection orders. Select Hohenzollernstraße for this restaurant: the other Munich branch is in Hofstatt. An enquiry about the vaulted cellar therefore belongs with the Schwabing location, whose room arrangements differ from those of the city-centre restaurant.
