Pizza, calzone and pasta
Round pizzas come in 24 and 29 centimetre sizes. Napoli combines olives, anchovies, capers and garlic, while Lecce brings together spinach, fresh tomatoes, onions, peppers, artichokes and broccoli. Both use a base of tomato sauce and cheese. Groups can also order a pizza tray for five to six people with four different toppings.
The 28 centimetre Calzone Duisburg contains cheese, sheep’s cheese and sucuk. For pasta, you can choose the pasta shape: Pollo Speciale pairs chicken with Gorgonzola cream sauce, while Pugliese has spinach, garlic and cream sauce. Cannelloni with spinach and ricotta provide another option.
