LA PIZZERIA München
Dr. Drooly
Pizzeria in München
Everything on the menu at Dr. Drooly on Häberlstraße 7 is vegan, including the pizzas whose names mention salami, ham or ricotta. Plant-based versions supply those familiar toppings. Miso, kimchi and chilli sit alongside Italian ingredients at this Munich flagship, giving the menu several distinct directions to explore.
Mushrooms and kimchi on a vegan menu
The Kimchi pizza pairs its namesake topping with plant-based garlic chicken, oyster mushrooms and pak choi, with coriander and sesame among the additions. Mushroom-focused choices include Miso Miso with vegan miso butter and Jane Birkin with truffle oil and a little Calabrian chilli. These are different combinations rather than variations on a single vegetable pizza.
There are more familiar options too: Cheezy brings together tomato, vegan mozzarella and basil, while Nonno features artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, olives and pesto. The menu currently linked by the restaurant specifies 54 hours of dough fermentation, Italian flours and predominantly organic ingredients.
Build your own or choose a named pizza
The DIY option starts with tomato or the house Drooly Base. You then choose toppings and sauces, with vegetables, plant-based meat alternatives and flavoured oils among the possibilities. The menu includes allergen markings for ingredients such as cashew, soya and wheat, which also appear in some of the vegan components.
The Häberlstraße page has separate links for collection and delivery, alongside menus in German and English. Choose the flagship when following those links: the Slice Shop listed at Adlzreiterstraße has its own menu and is a separate location. This profile covers the full-pizza selection at Häberlstraße.
