LA PIZZERIA München
Grazia
Pizzeria in München
At Grazia on Rosenheimer Straße 4, the pizzas without tomato sauce deserve a closer look. Courgette cream, buffalo ricotta and pecorino cream feature across several combinations. This pizzeria pairs Neapolitan dough with a menu that places its own creations alongside familiar classics.
Courgettes, salsiccia and four cheeses
San Antonio combines courgette cream with Fior di Latte, spicy salsiccia and cherry tomatoes. The vegetarian Nerano also uses courgette, but adds buffalo mozzarella and a yoghurt-and-mint dip. K4 brings together four cheeses, with a red fig-and-mustard sauce and walnuts giving the combination a distinctive finishing touch.
Rosso V, listed as vegan, features tomato sauce, dried tomatoes, almonds and vegan basil pesto. A conventional Margherita is available too. Other classics include Queen with cooked ham and mushrooms, and Capricciosa with artichokes and olives added to that combination.
From the dough to dessert
Grazia specifies a 48-hour rest for its dough and describes shaping it by hand. The pizzas are baked in a stone oven, with the restaurant highlighting an airy rim and soft centre as features of its style. Tables can be requested online or by telephone.
The menu linked on the website in September 2026 also includes starters and desserts. The mixed Grazia antipasto brings together Italian cured meats, artichokes and buffalo mozzarella, among other ingredients. Dessert choices include alcohol-free tiramisu, panna cotta with strawberry or mango sauce, and a Nutella calzone. The restaurant website also links to delivery ordering.
