Round pizzas and party trays
Round pizzas measure 26 or 31 centimetres across, usually with a base topping of tomato, cheese and oregano. Pollo adds chicken, tomatoes, mozzarella and basil. Pizza India combines chicken with pineapple and curry sauce and is specifically prepared without tomato sauce.
Party trays measure 30 by 50 or 60 by 40 centimetres. Up to four ingredients can be added to the tomato, cheese and oregano base. Prawns, salmon and seafood are excluded from this selection.
Choose the sauce and pasta shape
The regular pasta dishes come with your choice of pasta and can be baked with cheese on request. Poesie has courgette and aubergine in tomato sauce. Orient brings together fresh bell peppers, fresh tomatoes, chilli peppers, garlic and olive oil. Here, Alla Rabiata contains turkey, onions and olives in tomato sauce.
Pasta and potatoes from the oven
Tris di Pasta is intended for two people and combines three pasta shapes with different sauces. One of the potato bakes includes chicken, bell peppers, chilli peppers, onions and garlic in tomato cream sauce. Zucchini alla Calabrese is baked with broccoli, aubergine, tomato sauce and cheese.
