Indian Mafia combines pepperoni salami, Gorgonzola, spinach and garlic, while Monica features a fried egg, olives, spinach, chilli peppers and garlic. Round pizzas come in three sizes, approximately 26, 30 and 36 centimetres across.
Pasta with tomato and chilli sauce
You can choose the pasta shape for the noodle dishes. Bali I pairs prawns, garlic and spring onions with tomato and chilli sauce. Primavera uses broccoli, onions, courgette and aubergine. Natascha combines fish and ham: tuna, mushrooms and reformed shoulder ham share a tomato cream sauce.
Distinctive Indian combinations
The Indian selection ranges from fried lentil balls with yoghurt to lamb dishes. Chicken Ladakh has cashew nuts and raisins in a sweet-and-sour cream sauce, while Lamm Special Masala uses a red wine curry sauce. Both main courses come with basmati rice. Paneer Pakora consists of house-made cheese fried in chickpea flour.
Fajitas to assemble at the table
From the Mexican section, Fajita Carne brings beef rump strips, onions, peppers and tomatoes with wheat tortillas, rice, guacamole, salsa and sour cream, ready for you to roll. Quesadilla Caprese takes another direction with mozzarella, pesto, tomatoes and rocket, accompanied by salad and two dips.

For larger gatherings, Balis offers party pizzas measuring 40 by 60 centimetres. Party-Angebot 2 is designed for around 15 people: two pizza trays, a tray of lasagne or tortellini, a salad tray, 20 pizza rolls with herb butter and two bottles of wine, each containing 0.7 litres.
