Pizzeria Uno has been part of Eibach since 2004, when Enzo Azzarito moved from his Pizzeria Enzo into the present premises. The restaurant is at Eibacher Hauptstraße 4 in Nuremberg.
Cheese-free pizza or ricotta pasta
Pizza Marinara combines tomatoes, oregano, garlic and olive oil without cheese. Among the pasta dishes, Cannelloni Ricotta e Spinaci comes with tomato sauce and cream. In summer, you can also eat outside on the terrace.
Collection and company orders
Regular orders are for collection; Uno does not run a general delivery service. It offers individual arrangements for company celebrations or lunch with colleagues, and delivery can be agreed for those occasions.

Combine a meal with a walk
From the city centre, take the U2 to Röthenbach. Bus 61 continues from there via Ellingstraße to Jägerstraße and then through Eibach. Beyond Eibach, the same bus continues through Reichelsdorf, Holzheim and Schwabach.
Before or after your meal, you could take a walk through Faberpark. Paths skirt both sides of the lake among old trees. A route out of the park leads along Zwieselbachweg back to the main road and onwards to Jägerstraße.
