Italian flour and an aubergine pizza without tomato
According to the restaurant, its pizza dough contains only Italian flour, fresh yeast, salt and water. Eddy imports the flour directly from Italian producers using stone mills.
Pizza Bianco has grilled aubergines, spicy salami, mozzarella, garlic, Parmesan and basil, without tomato sauce. Sicilia combines anchovies, olives and capers. The folded calzone is filled with cooked ham, mushrooms and soft cheese.
Pasta and the weekly specials
Penne alle Melanzane e Mozzarella combines aubergines, mozzarella, basil and Parmesan in tomato sauce. Tagliatelle Bianco comes with salmon, king prawns, garlic and tomato cream sauce. Here, Penne alla Arrabiata explicitly includes bacon, alongside onions and tomato sauce.
The weekly menu published in September 2026 lists fresh pasta with salsiccia, chanterelles and buffalo mozzarella, and Argentinian rump steak with Gorgonzola, walnut and croquettes. These are examples of the changing specials. Tiramisu and cassata appear as desserts on that menu.
Eating at the Horrem restaurant
Tuesday is the weekly closing day. On Thursdays and Fridays, Eddy opens for lunch and dinner; Sundays and public holidays also have two services with an afternoon break. When ordering from the restaurant menu, the team specifically asks customers to give the name of the dish.
