Vegan mozzarella and two house pizzas
The vegan Giardino combines San Marzano tomatoes and a vegan mozzarella alternative with courgette, aubergine and rocket. The vegan SOLE has plant-based salami, mushrooms and peppers. The other house pizza, Sóle, carries Parma ham, fior di latte, buffalo mozzarella, rocket and cherry tomatoes.
Starters and pasta also offer plant-based choices. Classic di Bruschetta and Penne Pesto Verde can expressly be ordered as vegan versions without Grana Padano. SOLE’s vegan pasta dishes also include Penne Pomodoro, Spaghetti Aglio e Olio and spicy Penne all’Arrabbiata.
