LA PIZZERIA München
Storia
Pizzeria in München
STORIA at Karlstraße 47a combines a restaurant, pizzeria and bar. The Speranza family has run this Maxvorstadt address since 2015, with Domenico Speranza leading the kitchen. Stone-oven pizza and homemade pasta sit at the centre of an offering that also includes antipasti, fish dishes and an extensive drinks menu.
Pizza or a multi-course lunch
STORIA describes its Neapolitan pizza dough as rested for 48 hours and shaped by hand, before baking in an oven at around 400 degrees Celsius. Options range from Margherita with Fior di Latte to Bufalina with buffalo mozzarella. Its truffle pizza also uses tomato sauce, alongside mozzarella and black truffle.
A separate weekday lunch menu combines soup or a starter with a main course and dessert. The selection read on 24 September 2026 included linguine with beef ragout and pennette alla Livornese with tomatoes, onions, capers and olives. These are examples from the changing lunch offer rather than a fixed promise of particular dishes.
Aperitivo choices alongside the food
The bar menu places alcohol-free choices alongside Negroni and several spritz variations. Crodino Spritz combines Crodino with lemon soda and soda water; San Bitter Spritz uses orange juice and soda water. The wine selection includes white, rosé and red wines by the glass, as well as bottles from different Italian regions.
A sheltered terrace is part of the restaurant, giving you an outdoor seating option to request alongside the dining room. The website brings together table reservations, current menus and information about private celebrations.
