Tony’s Pizza Manufaktur on Marienstraße builds its pizza selection around substantial toppings: poultry gyros with crème fraîche, sucuk with feta, or chicken with a sweet and spicy Asian sauce. Round pizzas come in 26, 32 and 45 centimetre sizes.
Three distinct topping combinations
Pizza Istanbul combines sucuk, red onion, peppers and feta on tomato sauce and cheese. Shanghai uses the same base with chicken, bell pepper, onion, corn and Asian sauce. Texas adds minced beef, egg, onion, peppers and barbecue sauce.
Filled and baked with cheese
Calzone Hot Fire contains minced beef, corn, hollandaise and jalapeños, with cheese baked on top. The vegetable calzone has spinach, white cheese, onion, corn and peppers, also finished with baked cheese. Calzone Orient brings together sucuk, feta, onions and tomatoes.
Pasta with spinach or chicken
Pasta Verdura combines spinach, herbs and sheep’s cheese. Pasta Mediteran comes with chicken, broccoli and mushrooms in a cheese and cream sauce. Filled pizza buns are served eight at a time, including a spinach and feta version.
Lunch and evening delivery
The kitchen’s delivery schedule includes lunch from 11 am to 2 pm Tuesday to Friday, followed by an evening service from 5 to 9.30 pm. Monday and Saturday deliveries start at 5 pm; Sunday runs continuously from 11 am to 9.30 pm. Amarjit Singh operates Tony’s at Marienstraße 5.
