Catering from Heiligenhaus
Mobile Pizzeria NRW, run by Zaher Ashour in Heiligenhaus, brings a wood-fired stone oven to events across North Rhine-Westphalia. It caters for groups of at least 80 guests, including company parties, birthdays and weddings. Dough is rolled out by hand at the trailer.
Pizza, tarte flambée and optional extras
The basic offering includes a selection of five pizza varieties. Suggested toppings include spinach or a selection of mixed vegetables. Tarte flambée is also available. Optional additions include potato pancakes with apple sauce or sour cream, falafel and a salmon buffet.
Agreeing the menu before the event
Vegan pizza is available on request, which should be mentioned when booking. The operator describes its catering as halal throughout. For a wedding, the pizza selection and the trailer’s place in the day’s schedule can be discussed in advance.
A midnight buffet and room for the trailer
The wedding service explicitly includes the option of a midnight snack after dancing. Guests choose at the trailer, where pizzas are freshly topped and baked. The caterer coordinates technical requirements with the venue and clears its own working area afterwards.
The parking area must be able to bear the trailer’s weight: paving, asphalt or firm grass are suggested. Access must remain clear. The team needs access around two hours before the event for arrival, setup and heating the oven. Setup alone takes approximately an hour, according to the operator.
