PizzaMobil brings mobile pizza stalls from Paderborn to events across the district, Borchen and the surrounding area. Its service covers company celebrations and staff parties as well as weddings, birthdays and Schützenfeste, the local shooting-club festivals. Individual pizzas baked at your event
Each pizza is freshly baked on a small round tray. The published choices include salami, ham with mushrooms, tuna, Hawaiian, and peppers with mushrooms, plus calzone. The caterer also lists a pasta buffet as a possible addition to its pizza service.
Depending on the arrangement, PizzaMobil supplies disposable tableware or china and cutlery. The company allows approximately an hour after arrival before serving food. A stall needs around twelve square metres of space, a water connection and a 32-amp electricity supply, or alternatively two 16-amp connections.
Flammkuchen from a wooden chalet
A separate format serves flammkuchen from a wooden stall styled as an Alpine chalet. The business says it makes the dough itself. Toppings are added in front of guests before the thin flatbreads bake on hot fireclay stone for approximately four to five minutes.
Deluxe pairs salmon with leek, while Mediterran combines olives, sheep’s cheese and cherry tomatoes. A sweet version uses thin apple slices with cinnamon and sugar, flambéed with Calvados.
