Catering from Berlin
Cheese is at the centre of Surfin’Cheese’s mobile catering, with macaroni, pasta and burgers. Florian Gaudlitz founded the business in Berlin-Wilmersdorf in 2019. Its food trailer caters for company lunches, birthdays and trade-fair events, with quotations available for groups of 30 or more.

Homemade macaroni is tossed in a béchamel-and-cheese sauce. Classic contains Cheddar, mozzarella and mountain cheese. Chipotle-Beef adds minced beef, sour cream and pico de gallo. Another version combines basil-and-almond pesto, baby mozzarella and tomato salad.
The business’s event photographs document catering for Maserati, pasta catering for Berlin Braves and an appearance at Boot & Fun 2022. The images show both the food trailer and food preparation using a wheel of Parmesan.
Fennel ragù and halloumi burgers
The pasta selection includes a beef ragù with fresh fennel. The Dude combines cream, truffle cream, truffle oil and Parmesan. Both the pasta and sauces are described as homemade.
The Veggie burger combines halloumi, bitter orange marmalade and carrot tzatziki. The Vegan uses a plant-protein patty, caramelised onions and barbecue sauce, served in a vegan brioche bun.
Enquiries and notice
Catering enquiries should arrive at least 24 hours in advance, or 72 hours for large orders. The enquiry form asks whether any guests are vegetarian. You can contact the business directly at food@surfincheese.de. Rüdesheimer Straße 10 is the office address; the event location is arranged for the mobile catering.
