L’Osteria Braunschweig is beside the railway station in BraWoPark and opened in November 2015. At BraWo-Allee 1, it serves travellers, guests from hotels and shoppers from the centre. Pizza and pasta are the focus, and every dish is also available to take away.
Between the station and shopping centre
A public square lies between the main station and BraWoPark. Long-distance and regional trains meet buses and trams at the station. Visitors from Wolfsburg or Salzgitter can therefore reach this location using the regional railway network.
From the station, tram 1 towards Wenden and tram 2 towards Siegfriedviertel serve Schloss and Rathaus. Tram 5 towards Broitzem also stops at Schloss before continuing to Friedrich-Wilhelm-Straße. These connections link a meal near the station with a visit to the city centre.
Arriving by car
The restaurant is next to the centre’s car park. It is open around the clock, with a vehicle entrance height of 2.10 metres. Customers shopping or eating in the centre receive two hours of free parking. Designated accessible and parent-and-child parking spaces and 20 electric-car charging points are available.
Lunch breaks and later dinners
