LA PIZZERIA Saarbrücken
Pizza Gotti
Pizzeria in Saarbrücken
Pizza Gotti has served Neapolitan pizza at Mainzer Straße 8 in Saarbrücken since 2020. The concept centres on a soft, raised rim and toppings such as mortadella, pistachio pesto and nduja. Urbane Gastro GmbH is the company behind the restaurant.
A raised rim from a domed oven
Made daily from flour, water, a little yeast and sea salt, the dough rests for up to 72 hours. It bakes at about 480 degrees Celsius for roughly 60 seconds, leaving a soft, airy rim. Gotti uses a specially made Italian firebrick dome oven, turning the pizzas several times during baking.
Burradella and Beets & Burrata
Burradella combines Parmesan cream with mortadella, burrata and pistachio pesto. Gucci brings together ricotta, nduja, apple, salted almonds, chilli flakes and maple syrup. The smaller Beets & Burrata dish pairs beetroot with burrata cream, nuts and cress.
Booking and ordering online
Gotti handles reservations and orders through its website and deliberately does not offer telephone contact for these services. To book a table or order food, use the corresponding online links. The team gives hallo@pizza-gotti.de as the contact address for event and catering enquiries.
