The regular pizzas are approximately 29 centimetres across, with tomato, cheese and oregano as their base. Udo’s Pizza adds red chilli and anchovies. Contadina combines courgette, aubergine, peppers and pepperoncini. A larger Famiglia pizza measures around 45 centimetres.
Pasta choices include Gnocchi alla Sorrentina with tomato sauce, mozzarella and basil pesto. For a starter, Melanzane Parmigiana consists of aubergines baked with tomatoes and mozzarella.
