A pizza for one or a tray for several: Capri at Leiblstraße 8 offers both. Individual pizzas measure 24, 28 or 32 centimetres, and family pizzas are 45 centimetres across. A 40-by-60-centimetre party tray is intended for around six people and requires at least half a day’s advance notice.
Parma ham, Gorgonzola and jalapeños
Parma Spezial combines Gorgonzola and Parma ham. The alla Casa pizza brings together turkey strips, rocket, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella and Parmesan. Tacchina Speziale instead uses chicken breast strips, jalapeños and hollandaise. For a vegetable topping, Rustica has mushrooms, fresh peppers, artichokes, asparagus, onions, olives and capers. Oregano is available on request.
Pasta with fish and seafood
Pasta dishes come with pizza rolls. Spaghetti Capri combines prawns, mussels and mushrooms in cream sauce. Tagliatelle Salmone ai Scampi pairs salmon and scampi with garlic in tomato cream sauce. The tortellini are explicitly meat-filled, including Spinaci e Gorgonzola, which adds spinach, Gorgonzola and cream sauce.
Three pasta shapes from the oven
The cheese-baked Tris di Pasta offers two combinations: lasagne with tortellini and macaroni, or lasagne with cannelloni and tagliatelle. The cannelloni themselves are filled with minced meat and cream. Spaghetti Mozzarella uses anchovies, capers, olives and tomato sauce beneath a baked mozzarella topping.
Pasta platters to order ahead
For around five people, Capri offers a cheese-baked family pasta platter containing three pasta shapes, ham, mushrooms, peas, egg, Bolognese and cream sauce. There are also combinations of pizza, pasta and salad trays for approximately ten or fifteen people. The restaurant requests half a day’s notice for these packages too.
