LA PIZZERIA Erfurt
Ristorante Pizzeria Classico
Pizzeria in Erfurt
Classico at Brühler Straße 60 is close to Erfurt’s theatre and serves Neapolitan pizza from a stone oven. The restaurant says it gives its dough 72 hours to mature before baking.
Burrata and veal on the pizza menu
Pizza Vitello Tonatto is topped with cheese, thinly sliced veal and a tuna and caper sauce. Burratone combines burrata from Puglia, tomato confit, basil, olive oil and mozzarella. The namesake Pizza Classico has prawns, courgette, rocket and mozzarella.
Among the filled pasta dishes, Quadronni Classico contains ricotta and spinach, served with butter and sage sauce. Spaghetti Classico combines prawns and mussels with garlic and a cognac and lobster sauce. Grilled salmon and oven-baked sea bream both come with tagliatelle with spinach. Children can choose penne with tomato sauce or a small tomato and cheese pizza.
Lunch with room for conversation
For business meals, Classico offers a separate room for groups of six or more. A shared two- or three-course lunch menu can be arranged on request, alongside the changing seasonal lunch selection. When reserving, guests can also discuss a limited lunch break so the team can plan the timing.
Birthdays and anniversaries
For private celebrations, the restaurant agrees the menu and wine preferences with the hosts beforehand. The guest of honour’s favourite dish can be considered as part of that planning. Flowers for the tables are available on request. The team takes reservations by telephone on 0361 21844370.
