Cumpà pairs pizza with a view across Stuttgart from the former Bellevue on the Killesberg. The restaurant at Stresemannstraße 38 is the work of three friends: Cemsu Ayik, Kris Gensrich and Luigi Semeraro. Their previous projects include fruit.love, Höhencafé Killesberg and La Farina in Feuerbach. Cumpà opened in February 2026.
Calabrian heat and cheese with honey
San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte and olive oil are staple ingredients here. For a spicy pizza, a nostra calabrese cumpà combines both ’nduja and hot salami with fior di latte and San Marzano tomatoes.
A golosona has no tomato topping: fior di latte, Parmesan, Gorgonzola and buffalo mozzarella come with forest honey and walnuts. La zozzona adds Bologna mortadella, burrata and basil pesto to fior di latte. For dessert, the homemade Tiramisu Balls combine ladyfingers, espresso and cocoa, served with mascarpone cream for dipping.
Antipasti
Starters include Valtellina bresaola carpaccio with rocket, datterini cherry tomatoes, Parmesan aged for 24 months, truffle balsamic dressing and olive oil.
On weekdays, Cumpà opens at 5pm; on Saturdays and Sundays, you can arrive from noon. Closing time is 11pm from Monday to Thursday and on Sunday, and midnight on Friday and Saturday. Book a table through the restaurant’s website or contact Cumpà on 0711 25350022.
