Neapolitan pizza at the entrance to the Villenpark: La Lupo stands in Groß Glienicke’s Waldsiedlung, opposite Neues Atelierhaus Panzerhalle. The restaurant opened on 6 December 2024 on the former barracks site. Andrea Barbato has run the business at Heinz-Sielmann-Ring 1a since late February 2025.
A meeting place for the Waldsiedlung
The local council had spent years pursuing a place to eat and meet here. The new restaurant occupies the site of a former transformer building. In February 2026, the team announced additional upstairs seating and a choice between white tablecloths and more casual table settings for evening guests.
Piennolo tomatoes and Neapolitan sausage
Filetto pizza pairs Fior di Latte with Piennolo cherry tomatoes and basil cream. Carrettiera adds Neapolitan sausage and wild broccoli to the cheese. Capricciosa combines artichokes, cooked ham, mixed mushrooms and Taggiasca olives on a tomato and Fior di Latte base.
Rigatoni al Ragù Napoletano comes with beef and veal in tomato sauce. Tagliatelle combines salmon with courgette cream, while the fish selection also includes salmon in a herb and pistachio crust.
Chocolate and wines from the Pfalz
Desserts include dark chocolate mousse and a chocolate cream tartlet, alongside panna cotta with fruit sauce. The wine list extends beyond Italy to include Weißburgunder from Müller-Ruprecht in the Pfalz. Its Italian whites include Grillo from Sicily and Sauvignon from South Tyrol.
