A response to the neighbourhood’s lunch trade
People working in the Medienstadt are part of the restaurant’s story. In 2019, restaurant manager Mauro Crimaldi explained that customers from the district had asked for more variety in their meals. Office and film-studio workers, along with school pupils, formed part of its lunchtime clientele. At the time, the pizzeria on the corner of Großbeerenstraße belonged to the same business as the nearby San Giorgio ice-cream shop.
Salsiccia, Taleggio and vegetables
Palermo pizza pairs Sicilian salsiccia with rocket and Parmesan. Taleggio e Nduja Calabrese combines Taleggio cheese with spicy Calabrian sausage. Starters include buffalo mozzarella on warm grilled vegetables and fried goat’s cheese served on beetroot carpaccio.
Palermitana pasta combines salsiccia, chilli and mushrooms in tomato sauce. Penne alla Siciliana uses tuna, olives and capers, while gnocchi with spinach and Gorgonzola sauce offers a meatless dish. The homemade lasagne layers meat ragù and béchamel.

Delivery covers a driving distance of up to nine kilometres around the restaurant, with collection available beyond that area. Delivery starts at 11.30am on weekdays and 4pm on weekends, ending at 8.30pm each day.
