L’Osteria opened its Bergedorf branch beside Serrahnhafen on 18 June 2026. The restaurant at Serrahnstraße 1A sits by the water, a few steps from the town centre. Around 100 terrace seats and indoor space for approximately 140 guests make this a substantial restaurant beside the harbour. This was Dirk Block’s seventh L’Osteria restaurant in Hamburg.
A large pizza with differently topped halves
According to the branch page, thin pizzas with a crisp edge measure about 45 centimetres across. Different toppings can be ordered on each half, allowing two people to share one pizza. All dishes are available to take away. The opening report describes an indoor dining area of around 190 square metres. For an aperitif on the terrace, the branch lists Aperol Spritz; drinks also include homemade lemonade and espresso.
A separate children’s selection
The linked children’s menu lists Pizza Alfonso with tomato sauce, mozzarella and basil. Pizza Maria offers salami, cooked ham or fresh chestnut mushrooms. Maccheroncini can come with butter, tomato sauce or beef ragù. The Bergedorf operator also confirms high chairs and colouring materials.
Vegetables as the main dish
On the regular menu, Forza is explicitly vegan, combining vegan pizza cheese, a pea-protein chicken alternative, spinach, peppers and onions.
An alternative to pizza is Insalata Quinoa Avocado, with baby leaves, a quinoa and pomegranate mix, beetroot and cherry tomatoes. It too is labelled vegan.
