L’Osteria has taken over the former Tialini on the corner of Bolzstraße and Lautenschlagerstraße, opposite the Palast. Stuttgart’s fourth branch is a short walk from Schlossplatz and Königstraße. The restaurant has a substantial outdoor dining area among oleanders and olive trees.
Beside the open kitchen
The pizza kitchen opens onto the dining room. Long wooden tables seat several guests, alongside smaller tables and upholstered banquettes. Tall windows and glazed partitions shape the space. Pizzas measure 45 centimetres across and can be ordered with different toppings on each half for sharing.
Refit and cinema history
The branch opened in November 2025, around five months after Tialini closed. The kitchen was completely refitted, including the pizza and pasta stations. Both terraces switched to year-round operation.
The Metropol cinema at Bolzstraße 10 stands on the site of Stuttgart’s former railway station. Three of the station’s entrance arches were incorporated into the cinema building and still mark its entrance.
An evening in the city centre
The restaurant opens for lunch at 11:30am from Monday to Saturday and at noon on Sunday. It closes at 11pm from Monday to Thursday and on Sunday, and at midnight on Friday and Saturday.
