L’Osteria on Mailänder Platz places you in the Europaviertel beside the Milaneo shopping centre. Inside, tables and booths are arranged around a central bar, with large windows looking out. The restaurant also has a terrace. Families have access to high chairs, a changing facility and a drawing table for children.
One large pizza on two plates
Pizzas measure 45 centimetres across. You can choose different toppings for the two halves and have your pizza served on two plates to share. Children have their own menu, and dogs are welcome, with a dog station provided. All dishes are available to take away.
Stuttgart’s first L’Osteria
The branch at Mailänder Platz 7 opened in 2018 as Stuttgart’s first L’Osteria, taking over premises previously occupied by an Asian fusion restaurant. It occupies the side of the Milaneo facing the square and city library.
Tables beside the large internal windows include seats facing into the kitchen, giving you a view of the work area.
Getting to the Milaneo
Reach the Milaneo car park from the B27 and Heilbronner Straße. Entry is available until 8:30pm from Monday to Saturday, with a maximum vehicle height of 1.90 metres. Your parking ticket provides late access to your car on levels A and B until 11pm. Reserve a restaurant table through the branch website or call 0711 22007707.
