At Limburger Straße 23, Nennillo brings pizza napoletana to Belgisches Viertel. The pizzeria opened in June 2022. A thin middle, risen rim and Italian ingredients define its menu, which also gives vegetables and plant-based cheese alternatives a place of their own.

The dining room here is larger than the original small pizzeria at Severinswall, and the restaurant also has outdoor tables. Geheimtipp Köln’s opening report describes its detailed décor and mentions Italian beer and wine with the food.
The currently linked operator’s menu describes Quattro Vegani with roasted peppers, chard, artichokes, almond-based Parmesan and cashew ricotta on a tomato base. Vegan Heaven uses pointed-cabbage cream, fried courgette and aubergine, several tomatoes, vegan mozzarella, walnuts and chard. Toasted bread provides its Parmesan substitute.
Truffle cream and anchovies
The Limburger Straße delivery menu also lists Crispy Truffle. Black truffle cream and fior di latte are topped with fresh salsiccia; potato crisps, pecorino fondue and rosemary are added after baking. Costiera combines yellow tomato sauce with buffalo stracciatella and anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea.
From Friesenplatz to Limburger Straße
Friesenplatz provides a Stadtbahn stop for arriving by public transport, served by lines 3, 4, 5, 12 and 15. The Friesenplatz Süd exit is on the side towards Limburger Straße. From there, follow Limburger Straße to the pizzeria at number 23.
